Remote Support

To request support, please call us first. Once we speak to you and assess your needs, we may ask to start a remote support session.

1) To begin remote support, click this link:

Download “Support.exe” remote support program. Download “Remote.exe” remote support program.

2) When your computer asks you to run or save the file, choose Save.

3) Save the file in your Desktop folder.

4) When the file is done downloading to your computer, you can then click the Run button to run it.

5) Your computer may report that the publisher could not be verified. This is ok, just click Run.

6) If your computer has Windows Vista, the following screen may come up, click Allow

7) When the support program runs, double-click the line that reads “Double-click HERE to begin support.” and it will connect to our support team.
