Policies

These policies apply to all services and products provided by Norse Technologies Incorporated:

  • All appointments are billed a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Please provide 24 hours notice in the event that an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for that appointment.
  • All goods and services that are paid with a credit card will be assessed a convenience fee of $1 plus 3% of the total amount paid, minimum fee: $9.95
  • We bill for all time including: travel, research, phone support, acquisition of specialty goods, bench work time, on-site work time, and any other activity directly related to the fulfillment of your service request(s).
  • Services provided after 5PM on weekdays, or on weekend days, or on holidays, is considered After-Hours Service. After-Hours Service is billed at double the normal rate of standard hourly services.
  • Payment for services rendered and goods provided is due immediately upon completion of each day’s activities. We will collect daily payment in the form of a check or credit card at the conclusion of every appointment, this includes all single-day and multi-day appointments and projects.
  • We sell time, not results. We always provide the absolute best in service and expertise that we can, however there are never guarantees of a specific outcome.
  • We offer no guarantees of any kind on equipment, software, 3rd party services, or other other goods that we sell. These items are made available for the convenience of the customer, and in no way does sale of these items constitute a guarantee of usability, reliability, safety, suitability, or any other attribute of the item(s) sold.
  • By accepting our services, you agree to be placed on our private newsletter mailing list. Your email address is used solely by Norse Technologies, and it is never shared with any other 3rd party. You can request removal from this list at any time.
